1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using HaulConnector, you agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Registration
To use HaulConnector, users must register an account providing accurate, up-to-date information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if provided information is misleading or fraudulent.
3. Services
HaulConnector connects drivers and customers for the delivery of construction materials and related hauling services. We are not responsible for the actual delivery, the quality of materials, or the interactions between drivers and customers. Delivery times may be impacted by weather or equipment failure on the part of the driver or our material suppliers.
4. Payment
Marketplace (import) customers will pay for services through HaulConnector. Import prices are determined based on the product, quantity, and delivery specifications. Customers hiring our drivers for hauling services will pay via the terms of any related contract, not to exceed 30 days net. Drivers will be compensated as per the company’s compensation policy, minus any applicable service fees.
5. User Responsibilities
- Import customers: Ensure accurate delivery details, offer clear and obstruction-free points of entry, and be present or have a representative present during deliveries to mitigate potential damage to customer property or delivery vehicles.
- Drivers: Adhere to all driving laws, maintain valid insurance, safe and clean vehicles, and follow delivery specifications in accordance with the Independent Contractor Agreement.
5a. Communications
Customers agree to receive messages via SMS/text, Facebook Messenger, and email for the normal course of providing sales and customer service support.
6. Termination
We reserve the right suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, especially if users violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
HaulConnector is not liable for any damages, delays, or issues that arise from the use of our platform, beyond the transaction amount of a specific order. In the event of actual damages to property, the customer must notify the support team and contact the driver to discuss a resolution.
8. Disputes
Any disputes related to our service should be first addressed with our support team. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, disputes may be settled through neutral arbitration.
9. Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your data.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms periodically. Continued use of HaulConnector after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms will be governed by the laws of Durham County, North Carolina. Any necessary legal proceedings will take place in North Carolina courts.
12. Feedback and Complaints
We welcome feedback we can use to improve our customer and drivers’ experiences. Complaints can be addressed through our customer support channels.
