Can I track my delivery?

You’ll receive notifications when your order is accepted and when it’s on its way, but real-time tracking is currently unavailable.

What is the typical delivery time for orders?

Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days, or faster. Total time depends on how many Hauls in your order and of one or multiple drivers claimed your order. Factors such as weather, traffic, and road closures may cause delays. While we can accommodate larger orders, if you have any questions, we suggest you reach out before placing your order.

What should I do if there’s an issue with my delivery?

Contact us via phone, email, or chat for assistance. Please note, once a delivery is in progress, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

The minimum order is equivalent to one Haul (18 tons). There’s no maximum, but larger orders require more time to fulfill.

Can I return or exchange materials if I order incorrectly?

Due to the nature of our materials, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order details (material, quantity, delivery address) carefully before purchasing.

Can I create a recurring order?

Recurring orders aren’t available yet, but our system saves your info for quick and easy reordering.
